Nuweetooun School Needs Your Help
Nuweetooun School is the only Native school in Southern New England, and one of only three in the Northeast. As such, it is the only regional resource for Native students whose families wish them to receive an education rooted in cultural pride.

Join Our Friendship Circle
As you may imagine, the economy is taking its toll on our school. To conserve costs, we are rationing copy paper, making do with secondhand teaching supplies, and relying heavily upon volunteers. We need people who can support our efforts to provide quality educational experiences for our students.
We put your contributions to work immediately. For example, a contribution of $50 can support a student's educational supply needs for nearly a month. A contribution of $100 or more can allow us to offer a partial scholarship to a deserving child. A monthly contribution of $50 or more can help to bring a visiting artist to Nuweetooun to help our students learn and practice indigenous arts or music.
